It is with regret that I have to inform you that after working at the practice for 15 years, Dr Shri Nair will be leaving. Dr Nair will be moving to the South East along with her family and her husband’s job.
As the Principal of Fauchard House I have tried for the past ten years to recruit dentists to work for the NHS without success. I am now the last dentist practicing at Fauchard House, my book is full with approximately 8000 patients and I am unable to take on any more patients.
Therefore I must inform you that Fauchard House can no longer care for you and you will need to look for another practice to take on your dental needs.
If you have an emergency please call the 01752 43 46 64 where emergency care can be provided.
To put your name on the NHS dental waiting list call 0300 311 22 33. You would then be placed with the next practice that would be able to see you.
Please accept my apologies for the situation I have put you in. This is the last thing I ever dreamed of doing when I took over Fauchard House in 2006 and I only hope that the situation in dentistry improves.
